Issues that matter to me:: International politics, specifically the Israeli Palestinian issue which I consider to be the mother of international problems.

Justice and liberty, I'm very concerned we are all slowly drifting towards fascism again. Especially in the US. Fascism has many definitions, but have a look how Umberto Ecco defined it, and see how well it applies today:

Environmental issues. I'm not really a tree hugger, but I am concerned about our planets ability to sustain 7 billion human beings.

Energy. I don't know what to think of peak oil and the current "energy crisis" which may or may not be one depending who you chose to believe.

Stranger Than Fiction and Zeitgeist movie

Ok, I admit, I am a bit of a conspiracy buff. I love conspiracies and tin foil hat stuff, although I rarely believe any of it. Some are just great fiction (area 51, Atlantis, .. and the like), some are interesting "what if" thought experiments.
