I'm a 20 year old guy from northern Germany.
At the moment I'm studying Social Sciences, so my interests in real news are very high.
I hope my english will be good enough not to missunderstand some issues or subjects....Well I'm not sure if that was grammatically correct... however, it's nice to be here:)

Issues that matter to me:: There's a saying : "Don't let the world bring you down, not everyone here is that fucked up and cold..."
It's a saying that can be related to so many issues and subjects, but it came to my mind when I first entered this site...

Our own workers compensation system in Cnada was partly as a result of the German and English systems being combined to create our uniquely Canadian system in 1915. I hope workers compensation in Germany is not as bad as here in Canada. I have done much research into the effects workers comp has on a person and as you are a social sciences student you may want to visit www.ciws.ca and www.wcbcanada.com to compare our system with yours. I met the some of the greatest people and saw the whole beautiful country ( well, most of it). I miss never having returned, but I do have Canada, the greatest country on earth. Thanks for the invitation. We might have some interests in common. I am interested in what I call "cryptohistory" which I define as the history of events whose significance greatly outweighs their coverage in "official" history, the media, etc. For example, the history of events which might have been suppressed.
