REVOLUTIONARY CONSTITUENT FORCE: Pragmatism Redefined and the new
Natural Rights Constitution Foundational Principles

1 SELF-Valuation of Labor Power as Unlimited Creative: Free Will Prevails as a
symbolic order over that of EXPLOITATION of labor power (slave wage as set cost
of labor to produce a commodity, more or less). For oneself to value one's
own labor is to place free will in the hands of each individual, thus, as a power,
at the highest level of organization and thought.

2 Philosophy of Social Structures: Democracy Inevitably Leads to Oligarchy, [prevented only by underlying economic foundation--the republic--of egalitarian distribution of food, shelter, clothes, and medicine, and living wage; natural rights vis a vis city-state or civilian polis].

Capitalism's flux, lux, and crux is the so-called Commodity Fetish, an ideology of
noetic interpolation--an inauthentic script, proof, or symbolic order--whereby the
market to purchase commodities is the life force of a social economy.

Opposed to the Commodity Fetish, by way of Free Will (as unlimited creativity), and set
at a higher order than exploitational economics or Oligarchy, an agrarian-based economy of logistical efficiency would take the authentic philosophical poetry-prose as
actual pragmatism, in the sense of John Dewey, where the symbolic order most effectively
denotes the truth of the good. Thus pragmatism may be redefined as authentic
philosophical reasoning, that is to say, of an universal objectivity of human free will
that placates metaphysical significance within a newfound economic realm
and bound to an economics of metaphysical individual freedom enlisted by efficiency
of logistics unheralded by any inhibition of distribution of necessary economic resources
for the efficient purpose of individual survival.

Through the authentic philosophy of pragmatism regarding labor power, stratified
economic systems existing on top of this local egalitarian logistics of survival
necessities will serve to allow science and business to compete freely in a market
of ideas, services, and consumer goods. Thus, with free will, one is able to
live as an artist and make decisions is accordance with a VIABLE economy,
protected as part of city-state rights AGAINST capitalisms' constant economic fractures.
Exploitation of labor power creates eternally returning fractures called "diminishing returns",
a need for manfacturing costs to be lowered (see NAFTA), often by way of nation-state welfare and/or a discontinuance of employee wage and benefits, leaving no social safety net for human citizens of a constiuent multiplicity (people able to work together in
different places and times to attain civil rights)

(all economies based on exploitation of labor power after the historical acquisition
of division of labor via granaries are susceptible, therefore the logic being
judged as inadequate to pragmatism is the logic of exploitation itself, lest the
efficiency of an economic argument be lost).

This authentic poetry-prose philosophy of the symbolic order is the redefined pragmatism.
Semiotics and semantics find a linguistic veracity in connecting pragmatism
to an economic efficiency, which may only be based on Free Will (as opposed to
a valuation of creativity not given to the self by the self).
